Each quoted price of our buildings includes all of the “essentials” listed above. The only other costs to consider are the electrical connection, which we can quote during your free design consultation, and delivery costs within Canada - which are free if you live within 100 miles of our Montreal office ( H1W 1B1).

OPTIONAL UPGRADES TO MAKE IT YOURS:
